Monday through Friday DAY SHIFT
Responsibilities Registered Nurse (RN) Leadership Opportunity:
Administering treatments and documentation
Complete assessments to determine the resident s needs
Counsel patient s family in meeting nursing related needs
Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate
Following security measures to ensure patients information is safe and confidential
Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents
All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) Leadership Opportunity:
Must have an active RN license in the state of PA
RN experience in LTC/SNF preferred
