Accounting Administrator
We're now hiring an experienced Accounting Administrator to join our growing team! This is a full-time non-exempt position working Monday thru Friday at our Glenside, PA location.
Accounting Administrator responsibilities include entering financial transactions into our accounting systems, assisting customers with inquiries on billing and payments and other project-based tasks related to accounting.
Ultimately, you will help our accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the overall operation.
Responsibilities o Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions o Research and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely fashion o Answer accounting inquiries through phone and email o Enter financial transactions into internal databases o Process all spiff and instant rebate submissions o Assist in tracking reimbursements from vendors o Maintain vendor incentive programs o Assist with other various office duties including filing Qualifications o EXCEPTIONAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ACCURACY! o High level experience using Microsoft Excel (beginner to intermediate level) o Strong math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors o Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with a high level of integrity and trustworthiness o Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk o A basic understanding of accounting practices and procedures o Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus o High school diploma is required, associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
