Inside Sales Representative If you're tired of working on some big phone sales floor where you're just a number, then you just might have found your next home! At Sell To Jim you'll get paid to be a part of a welcoming, fun, and fast-paced team in a LOCAL company! We're a real estate investing company, with a heavy marketing campaign and budget which leads to great traction with potential clients.
Your job will simply be to answer these calls, ask a handful of questions (that we have scripted out for you), enter the data into our system, and schedule an appointment with one of our home buying specialists.
Of course you'll also be expected make follow-up calls to existing leads, confirm appointments with potentials clients, etc.
There will be a mixture of inbound and outbound calls.
And here's the cool part You'll not only get paid a base salary per hour, but you'll also get a bonus for every deal that we close from one of the leads you completed! So, the better you do at your job, the more money you make! Work Remotely:
Hybrid option after 30 day In-house Training.
Three days WFH, two days in office.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
