Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent Must Love Animals Sunny disposition Experience with EzyVet software, a plus Ability to multitask at all times Strong verbal and written communications skills Basic computer and typing skills Must be able to work a combination of days, nights, and weekends Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Customer service tasks, including:
greeting visitors, answering multi-line telephone system, scheduling appointments Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments Taking accurate phone messages from clients for doctor call backs Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal wellness (heartworm prevention, vaccine protocol, and flea & tick control) Managing and filing electronic medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence Checking clients in and out of the hospital Job Type:
